Job Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for FUN, dedicated, and passionate early childhood educators to join our warm, family-oriented team. Our ideal candidates are nurturing, organized, and committed to supporting each child’s growth through developmentally appropriate teaching practices.
  • Minimum 12 ECE units, including the following core courses:
    • Child/Human Growth and Development
    • Child, Family, and Community
    • Curriculum or Program Planning (Infant/Toddler units are a plus!)
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
  • Ability to plan engaging activities, complete DRDP assessments, and manage the classroom with positive, child-centered strategies
  • Pay is based on experience and number of completed ECE units
  • Minimum 6 ECE units (Willing to continue professional Development)
  • Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education
  • Fingerprint clearance through DOJ/FBI
  • CPR and First Aid certification (can be obtained after hire)
  • Health screening and negative TB test from a licensed physician
  • Proof of immunizations: Pertussis, Measles, and Influenza
  • Physical ability to: Sit, kneel, or bend when working with children
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Move easily around the classroom

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A team player who values collaboration, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and co-workers
